    Family Business with many Boss
    The good thingsI manage to work three days a week in the huddle of my salary increase. And soon, the management also adjusted their company work schedule.
    The challengesThere are many managers to follow instructions, but they did not agree with each other, what happens, the staff were confused and stuck in the situation which causes them to blame the staff.
