    Great first job!
The good thingsI never expected that I'd bond with the people I work with, but surprisingly I was able to gain such beautiful friendships. My boss was very understanding, he truly cared about our professional development, and he made sure that we are enjoying our job.
The challengesSince the company is still relatively new, the perks and benefits aren't that strong yet. However, I'm sure that it will develop its compensation, perks and benefits once it has created a solid ground within the power industry.
