    It was great and challenging. 
    The good thingsThe students were very smart, and they were kind. The teaching environment is healthy, and it also gives you some vacant time to work on your unfinished tasks in order to finish them. 
    The challengesBecause of the different personalities of the students, it is very challenging to work with your classroom management.

    Self-fulfilling, fun and exciting!
    The good thingsThe atmosphere is conducive for self improvement. The faculty and staff are kind and approachable. Facilities are sufficient for the needs of the entire Urian community. There's time for leisure and meditation and the benefits are balanced that is, the university does not put emphasis of the salary but as for the whole being of their employees.
    The challengesWhen assigned to other offices and establishing criteria that is beyond the limits. That is, one must be patient enough to meet standards.
