Good place to learn new skills but everything else is terrible
The good things- exposure to different roles and tools - work from home
The challenges- teribble management skills. some managers are not even competent - not adaptive to best practices - teribble capacity/resource planning and management skills - long working hours, heavy work load because of lack of resources - low salary, no benefits - poor work culture

Good stepping stone but not for long term career
The good thingsYou'll be able to learn SAP.
The challengesSalary - low base pay and low salary increase. Benefits - only the employee will have HMO (coverage is less than 100k). No 13th-month pay and Christmas bonus. No SSS, PAG-IBIG and PhilHealth. Laptop and other equipment - You need to buy your own laptop and headphones. Training - No training at all. Expect to go to the client without knowing anything about SAP. Worklife Balance - You are expected to work beyond normal office hours and even weekends especially if the client is going live. Management - The management doesn't care about you. You can raise concerns but they will not do anything about it. They will only care once you're about to resign. HR - Don't expect any support from this department. They are too slow to reply. Contract renewals and salary increase usually take more than a year. Facilities - Slow internet connection. Small office.

Unprofessional and there's no process at all
The good thingsGood thing is the salary is not too low and never got delayed for the payout of salary. Work from home and strictly 9-6pm
The challengesUnprofessional people! No process at all when it comes to regularization. No trainings at all and when you dont know the process they will just force you to resign. the job responsibilities are different to your title or designation. Terrible experience!

Good career experience, but very poor compensation
The good things- Good way to learn and enrich experience on SAP technology. - Good way to build experience on SAP implementation projects. - Work from home
The challenges- No employer-employee relationship - No regularization, so no mandatory benefits such as 13th month, SSS, Pag-Ibig, etc... - Low base pay. No overtime, weekend, holiday, differential pay - Company does not provide work assets such as service laptop, productivity software, phone, data plan. You have to procure these on your own. - As an independent contractor, you have to settle your own taxes or hire an accounting service for book-keeping.

Work provides lots of learnings but benefits-wise, it is terrible.
The good thingsThe work provides a flexible working hours. Working policies are laid-back.
The challengesThe company does not provide training. Much of what you need to learn, you will need to learn by yourself. Moreover, the company does not provide much support to its employees when it comes to client disputes/issues.

    Jumpstart Your Career Here
The good thingsA good company who wants to start up their SAP career. They have many projects in the pipeline.
The challengesGood for individuals who wants to jumpstart their career, but no for a long haul. They don't hire regular employees. You will be hired only as external consultant. Hence, you will have to do everything from paying your SSS, Philhealth down to taxes. Also no benefits.

The good thingsThe learning experience is incomparable especially learning the implementation of accounting system, leaning the IT side on report writing and database management. You can gauge how well you are in terms of managing your time because the basis of work here is not how punctual you are but how great you are in delivering your projects with satisfaction. You can learn so much if you have the interest
The challengesLack of programmers / report writer that will assist you in creating reports but the good thing is, because of that, you able to learn those things on your own just to satisfy the deliverables without the help of other team. There are demanding clients and pressured timeline but its just how you will manage your time to serve your clients well

    No Team Work.
The good thingsThe only thing I enjoyed working at FastTrack Solutions Inc. is I can stay and work at home.
The challengesI need to strive on my own, team work is not on their vocabulary.
