    The challengesfew challenges every month but the hardest and motivational months are the April, May and June because of the Lean period and seasonality. hitting target for few SKU's can helps us to be more punctual and motivated to find ways and plan ahead for a success in every month-end.

    The challengesChallenging part is, when I start working here they without training but you must have a instinct on which work to be done and the most important is Communicate to superior on the matter to be discuss that you don't know and make question for them to answer so that you will learn without any training's done but gaining a self esteem on your part.
