    Worth It for bigger and great opportunity
    The good thingsI enjoy working here. They entrust me the fund. Aside from that I able to provide the company the best that I can do in an extra mile that other co-works cannot. And also learning with my co-works and able to work with less supervision.
    The challengesThe challenges working here since I am in the logistics department to provide enough fund and meet up delivery and pull-out deadlines beyond my scope of responsibility. If the boss is not around I can take as OIC. And I am a problem solver at same time. I can mingle and transact also with branch managers without any fear.. I can handle people without notice by Top management but it's OK a bonus for me. There's nothing to be fear. I exercise the protocol of the company premises.. Willing to learn.

    A great experience with my second family
    The good thingsWhat is good in working here is that I gained confidence to express my own notion. My colleagues whom I consider as my second family taught me to become a passionate employee. My ever supportive supervisors and manager help me to discover my innate abilities and capablilities to strike with my own potential in my job.
    The challengesTwo details. First, as a millenial, sometimes some other colleagues doubt my capabilities and interest in my job. Because probably lack of experience and knowledge. Second is multi-multi tasking, because of the number of people need to assist daily, I sometimes forgot my own job functions.

    The good thingsWorking with FAPC is very challenging, multi - tasked that will measure your learning capacity, ability and becoming efficient as an associate. Your colleagues, the top management are very approachable, pleasant to work with and full of fun excitement with their yearly activities such as, Family Day and Sports fest.
    The challengesAs an associate you will be challenged on multi tasking, you will undergo several trainings to keep you growing.
