    CAREER LADDER IS TOO SLOW
    The good thingsGood environment People are easy to get along with Lot of slack time Work life balance Team buildings and year end parties
    The challengesCareer growth is too slow No new learnings since all is recurring and no new tasks are being assigned. Eventually it becomes boring Only higher position employees are prioritized by the management Management has no clear plan on rank and file employees Promotions are difficult and impossible

    Working at fair made me believe that i am capable of learning new things.
    The good thingsGood leadership leads to a harmonious environment. Superiors are rational and very considerate. Learning is a never ending process at fair. You’ll have a great opportunity when it comes to learning new things. Spontaneity, effectiveness, efficiency and the likes are just a few of the things you’ll gain while working at fair. You’ll tend to realized that you can do better. Perks and benefits are highly motivational.

    Excellent experience
    The good thingsThe job itself since we are dealing mainly with multi-national companies. It enhance my knowledge on how multinational companies operates. People in the company are great. I never felt if there's a boss or employee relationship. The managers are output based.
    The challengesHard to pass through the interview process. They will see to it that you are qualified for the job.
