    The good thingsThey provide all the appropriate benefits to the employees. Safety is the main concern. The management are open for new ideas to become a better workplace for everyone. Proper appreciation to their workers based on performance. There are trainings for employees individual growth. Management are concerned about their employees.
    The challengesBetter annual plan for the company and their employees. Address employees concern. There is an existing management system just improve the implementation of it. Your employee is your main customer, happy worker = happy customer, happy customer = happy management.
