    Its a great opportunity to be part of this organization.
    The good thingsThe company has its own way of compensation all the hardwork of each employee as to its company vision that their employees are their great asset. Being part of this organization challenges you and make you strive even more, become competitive but with great camaraderie and become more fruitfull and effecient it what you are good at.
    The challengesThe challenges working for this company is to hit the individual target set by the company. But all the hardwork were fully compensated.

    a great experience for a first timer, having assigned in Palawan is the most challenging for me, but i did adjust to the culture and people in just a short time.
    The good thingsIf you'll apply in this company, you'll get a wonderful experience. They will teach you how to be responsible, and ensuring that their customers and suppliers will rely on their trading network. if you want to know more about F&E you must start apply now.
    The challengesI think the one that they should improve is making stocks always available for customers, cause sometimes stocks are lacking due to many orders to the branch.
