    Experience-wise, FGCI is a very good company.
    The good thingsThey are open to fresh graduates. The company is a good training ground. Being assigned to different departments from time to time is good as it will give you more learnings and not just one part of a covil engineer's job.
    The challengesAs this company was my first experience. Everything is a challenger. From estimates to site supervision. But, all engineers, site and office, and office clerks were helpful and willing to guide me.

    A good company to start but not competent enough for computer programmers.
    The good thingsI learn a lot and enhance my skills and knowledge in computer programming specially in developing C#.net Application. Not to much pressure and you can work in your owns ways but always need to have a result.
    The challengesMy challenges is adopting with the co-workers. Adopting on how they do things. Adjusting with the limited resources you have to do your job.
