    The good thingsWFH. Good HMO. co-workers are usually nice and the company have friendly vibes. Company provided equipment.

    The good thingsThe company culture is great. Most of the people are friendly. Work-life balance is a huge priority to the admin.
    The challengesLow basic salary. You are dependent on incentives to make ends meet. The make or break part here is if you do not have a project for a week or more, your incentives will take a hit. Contractual obligations even after you resign, specifically the non-compete clause for two (2) years after leaving the company. Lack of clear career progression - you will peak at the Senior Auditor position.

    The good thingsPeople, the rank and file ones. Great for new graduates to start their work experience
    The challengesWork load and hours depends on the client assigned to. Limited career path; unable to shift to another career or to another company due to legal and non compete limitations.

    The challengesMy only problem was the accessibility of the company. When it changed its place from San Miguel Avenue to Meralco Avenue, it had been difficult for me.

    The challengesThe limited career opportunities - Lease administration happens to be a really narrow field. But otherwise, nothing comes to mind.

    The good thingsCo-workers are friendly. Company has a youthful environment. Incentive depends upon your performance. Promotion is based on performance and not on seniority.

    The good thingsThe management is very supportive, for the whole duration of my stay. The people running the company were very understanding and approachable. Aside from the great management support, the work and how it is done have contributed a lot in improving my skill specially being keen to every details. In fact, the work they are offering is open to all that passes their exam.
    The challengesThere so many challenges in this company but they were challenges that could develop a boy to become a man. It was very difficult to handle different issues and how to present the required details to different clients, but mastery of the same will definitely rewarding. But the company offered seminars before every projects hence it helps a lot.

    The good thingsThe company gave importance to their people by providing more perks, activities that employees and their families would love like the annual Christmas parties, outreach programs, summer outings, teambuildings among other. Plus the work atmosphere is not that strict, so people are not that pressured. Also the friendship that I've made through eight long years of service.
    The challengesAt a certain point during my stay, the company was having management issues, almost comparable to a dictatorship. However, the problem later subsided as the point person was stripped almost all its managerial functions, which was previously being used in a unprofessional manner. Recently I was told that the company was doing quite well again..
