    The good thingsI worked in a company with approchable staffs. There is free staff house. Good for employees living far away from the company like me. Overtime is not an issue to the company. So good for workers who wants longer working time.
    The challengesThere was no proper training for new employees. Salary is too low. Career development is below average. Work and social life is unbalanced. Working environment is bad for the health due to the fibers coming from the fabrics. Too hot in the production area.
