I think this is a good company for people who want to gain experience, especially fresh graduates. It would definitely one’s critical thinking to solve issues.
The good thingsEnvironment is conducive for personal and career growth. It’s a relatively small company, so community look out for each other. Weekends rest days for most engineers (unlike other semiconductor companies).
The challengesNot so much bonuses aside from 13th month pay. Some facilities and equipment are outdated.

The challengesStruggling business. Pure work. No extra curricular activities such as company outing and team-building activities. High attrition rate. No bonus. Only 13th month which is government mandatory.

The good thingsThe supervisors and managers gives recognition to excelling employees. The company has an excellent working environment and its working schedules are ideal. There are free shuttle service from strategic locations.

Working in Excelitas: Quite a Nice Experience
The good things- An approachable superior. And generally kind managers.
- The compensation. And I like the benefits given in this company.
The challenges- Need updated equipment and machinery in production line.
- In my opinion, the people here are (am not referring to all) generally 'boring' and could not inspire / motivate me to do more.
