Doing remote work (emails, uploads, etc.) while having a policy to work in an office full-time is absurd and inefficient.The good thingsThey paid on time. They don't have a lot of good things going for them so I'm typing more words to make this acceptable and longer.
The challengesEverything else. From co-workers here in the Philippines to the management in Australia, they are hard to deal with. It feels like I'm talking to a wall as they don't listen very well.
