    The company really helped me grow as an employee.
    The good thingsThe supervisors are great. The company already built its credibility and the products are good that's why it is easy for the employees to sell the products. The training that they are conducting really helps the employees not only to increase sales but to have a good relationship with the customer and co-employees,
    The challengesThe only challenge that i encountered while working in this company is about the salary. If the company can give higher than provincial rate (like the other cosmetics companies provide) the employees can work better.
