This company has truly been my comfort zone. I’ve felt supported and valued throughout my time here. However, my passion lies in HR and Organizational Development, which has prompted the difficult decision to move on. Still, I hold this company in high esteem, and should the opportunity arise in the future, I'd welcome the chance to return and contribute again.
The good thingsOne of the best aspects of working at Eurotec is the higher management, they are genuinely understanding, flexible, and willing to compromise when needed. Their support and openness to collaboration make everyday work smoother and more uplifting.
The challengesIn an SME, handling ad-hoc tasks is just part of the job because roles are flexible and everyone pitches in where needed. The clan-style culture, with its strong teamwork and close relationships is a real advantage. But as the company grows, this informal setup can create problems, when roles aren’t clearly defined and authority is blurred, it can slow decision-making, reduce accountability, and make it harder to stay agile
