    Allowed to learn and grow
The good thingsThe environment I felt in ECCP was that if I made a mistake to just solve and learn from it and don't waste time gloating or feeling bad about it.Taking my internship here was great because my adviser Ms. Lirag really shows that she trust her interns in doing tasks that she assigns. The environment is very friendly and they won't make you feel like you're lower than them. You will be with a lot of interns.
The challengesYou are not always given lots of work hence the tendency to get bored or procrastinate in your task.

    Best working environment for Interns
The good thingsThe employees working at this company are hardworking and dedicated, and despite the hectic deadlines, they still portray a positive attitude and are willing to offer a helping hand to those in need. As an intern working in this company, I was able to hone my skills that I have learned in college and was exposed to various experiences and very important people in various companies.
The challengesOther than the hectic deadlines, like any other offices, there will always be people who are against what you do. But they really are not a challenge as they kept everything civil and professional in the workplace.
