    The good thingsRelax, free coffee, international atmosphere, mostly via Online. Work-life balance. Fun people.

    Relax working environment
    The good thingsThe working environment is relax. It is a good thing on my part because my jobs requires creativity for I create design solutions and we always tackle different product and development problems. Has flat organization so the management is also considerate of your opinion. And love the free coffee and other supplies!
    The challengesIt wouldn't hurt to send employees to trainings and conferences. I mean, yes they have all sorts of training under the roof but it will also be good for employees to get fresh perspective from external trainors.
