    Apply at your own risk.
The good thingsNone , except with my team mates.
The challengesWhile we have a highly skilled teams, the organization is facing a high attrition rate specially with Software development team. Work-life balance remains a concern, as remote work options are not offered. The company only partially subsidizes HMO, with employees covering half the cost. Beyond government-mandated benefits, there are no additional incentives or perks. Developers often feel a lack of support from management, who primarily focus on deadlines rather than team well-being. Additionally, there are no team-building activities or company-sponsored events to help reduce workplace stress. It's also worth noting that the pantry area requires better sanitation and pest control.

So far, I've had a positive experience working for this organization because the management values its people and provides opportunity for growth and development.
The good thingsYou get to learn new things and grow professionally. The management is also considerate to its employees. Additionally, the immediate heads acknowledge their employee's achievements, big and small – whether they go above and beyond or simply do their job well on a consistent basis.
The challengesI think the challenge here is keeping your work organized while handling multiple companies.

    stepping stone only
The good thingsobtain new friend, learn new things and improve your skill
The challengesSUPER DUPER LOW SALARY. NO HMO, you need to pay the half of HMO to avail, the tech support is invisible, NO SALARY INCREASE, and most of all they don't care about the support department.

This company Good for stepping stone only.
The good thingsThey teach me how technical support what was. but as i said they give a very low salary its like the salary of messenger is higher than the technical support and they think Tech support is invisible because all events in this company the tech support is always prevail and they keep adding task and promoting position but they cannot give an salary increase. But if you want to learn more about technical and etc this company is good because they have the resources and gadgets to be testing.
    The challengesVery low salary.

Company of Choice for People who Loves Alternative Management
The good thingsIf the management sees your potential, industry and willingness to learn in your field, they will give you more opportunities to grow and develop your skills. For instance, the project manager I worked with gave me opportunities to represent the company on government agency sponsored conferences at a relatively young age. The management gives the employee freedom to strategize and use their own techniques in coming producing output. They are very reasonable on emergency leaves and absences. People who work here are accommodating, dynamic, energetic and always willing to learn new ideas. The workplace culture is good for newcomers in the corporate world and for those who are already legends in their chosen IT field.
The challengesThe company should improve on increasing their retention rate through capacity building techniques such as trainings and seminars, additional benefits, team building activities, employee promotions and other mechanisms for reward and recognition.
