    Not enough compensation for the work
    The good thingsWorking environment is okay most of the time; although colleagues make the working environment toxic sometimes. Skill growth is ensured since the company gives their employees opportunities to develop.
    The challengesColleagues are sometimes unreliable. Nature of work is toxic and demanding. Compensation is not enough for the work load. Work load is stressful.
