    The good thingsThis company provided all the things (training, benefits, environment) I need to perform my job effectively. It allows me to make mistakes and to learn from that experience. The environment it has provided is world-class and the people I have work with are very professional. The management understands our needs and has done its part in giving it to us. Overall, this is a very good company to work.
    The challengesOvercoming my limitation and shortcoming is a big challenge and the requirements and energy that I have to put in my work is really enormous. I could have maximize all the knowledge and learnings that I have gained in serving the company better. I am urging all the future aspirants of this company never to put limit on themselves and to give all they can in helping this company achieve its goals.
