    The good thingsCompany belongs to the Lucio Tan Group of Companies. Hence, company seem to be financially sound SHOULD mother company decide, WHEN NEEDED, to infuse additional working capital / funds for the organization. Eton Properties are known to have a good land bank. Hence, properly planned, the company could be one of the best property developers in about 5 years.
    The challengesThere are a lot of improvements that could be made in managing the company though. Over-all organization is recommended to be reviewed. It is highly suggested that the organization be professionalized. non-productive people should be given other tasks, else be considered to be taken out of the organization. Management should be well aware of the deep politicking that is happening in the organizati

    I actually thought I'll be staying in this company forever. A company where I would retire.
    The good thingsPeople in the company were so nice and so easy to work with. I had the opportunity to work with the best people in the industry. The company had provided a few seminars to further improve our skills. Every year, employees were evaluated and promoted.
    The challengesThe company was handled by a new management and decided on a different business direction which affected the scope of our job, as well as our outputs. Employees started leaving the company. The biggest employee turnover was on that year.
