    The good thingsEtelecare uses a fair evaluation system for performance review, wherein the supervisor or manager can rate their subordinate and cite specific incidents that would demonstrate a skill or trait relevant to a performance evaluation. The quarterly performance review is great because it can help you get promoted and salary increase.
    The challengesFor some, being hired as either customer service or technical support representatives would not restrict them to same position in the future while employed at Etelecare. Due to program expansion and new client needs, agents are often or sometimes given choice to transfer to different accounts, or without choice.
