The good thingsThe Ericsson culture is something that stands out in this company. Work life balance here is very good.
The challengesIt's difficult to grow your career here if you want to earn more. They would get external applicants with higher pay, but if internal candidates are promoted, the pay difference is wide. Internal promotions would set your compa ration to as low as 45% compared to the outside market.
Also, despite years of complaints by many people towards my manager's incompetence, nothing has been done.

GREAT CULTURE
The good thingsHas great culture, respect to all employees. Managers don't require the usual "mam sir" culture in the office. Every one is treated with high respect. Effectively promotes work and life balance since "work at home" arrangements are implemented. Has enough opportunities to grow within the company.
The challengesThis is a large company, so all the approvals will have to be reviewed up to the higher level mangers from the parent company in Sweden. Sometimes may cause delays in employee benefits such as salary increase and promotion.
