    Unhealthily working environment overall.
    The good thingsLesser work load, compensation is ok but more of a basic.
    The challengesWork environment in particular, the office setup is sub-par, long working hours. Management does not know how to take care of employee's well being, toxic environment that make feel unsafe.

    They didn't disclose the TRUE work location and its different from your signed contract, you will just know about it in your first day. They just put you in different city and when I asked the HR they are not responding. HR were also newbie so they haven't discuss about the policies of the company.
    The good thingsthe coo was very particular on your work scope, however the department who was assigned to guide you in your employment question is not responsibe.

    Good people, Bad company
    The good thingsMy office mates are, personally, the nicest people and I enjoyed my time being with them. The admin (HR and Manager) were very approachable and we were encouraged to voice out our concerns/suggestions and I believe they hard to act upon it. The training is adequate.
    The challengesTheir new product line (the main focus of my work) is difficult to sell since they are relatively expensive yet the quality is not consistent and usually terrible. Because of this, I felt that I was being unfair to clients. Regarding work environment, I love my office mates but, work-wise, they are incompetent and stagnant. The payroll details are shady and they took a long time to process.
