The challengesProject managers has poor leadership skills in handling their subordinates. Sometimes you are the one who performs the project managers’ tasks. They are not polite in giving the instructions about the project or solution, there is a time that they will belittle you if you get the instruction or not. Your role is misaligned like as quality assurance analyst becomes software analyst, business analyst becomes quality assurance analyst, software analyst becomes business analyst, and so on. After one year of service, you will notice that your career path has no growth (or slow).
In terms of technology, the systems that they are handling still using COLLEGE DAYS TECH STACK. They can offer trainings but imagine the technology that they are still using so it’s a BIG NO FOR ME. You don’t know what kind of methodologies that they are using from software testing up to software development and if there is an opportunity to learn modern technologies/methodologies.
Salary is a bit low and not challenging.
