Slow carrer growth for more than 2 years of service
The good thingsFriendly colleagues and co-workers. For fresh starters (fresh graduates/career shifters) who wants to learn basic in terms of software development, software testing, business requirements gathering, this job is for you.
The challengesProject managers has poor leadership skills in handling their subordinates. Sometimes you are the one who performs the project managers’ tasks. They are not polite in giving the instructions about the project or solution, there is a time that they will belittle you if you get the instruction or not. Your role is misaligned like as quality assurance analyst becomes software analyst, business analyst becomes quality assurance analyst, software analyst becomes business analyst, and so on. After one year of service, you will notice that your career path has no growth (or slow). In terms of technology, the systems that they are handling still using COLLEGE DAYS TECH STACK. They can offer trainings but imagine the technology that they are still using so it’s a BIG NO FOR ME. You don’t know what kind of methodologies that they are using from software testing up to software development and if there is an opportunity to learn modern technologies/methodologies. Salary is a bit low and not challenging.

    Useless experience for BAs
The good thingsThe only good this about this company is the people you work with.
The challengesWrong tasks given - you’re job isn’t being a BA at all. It’s more of a project coordinator. No trainings given - sure there’s a one week onboarding training but only made by your fellow colleagues. So there’s no standard onboarding training made by the company itself. You need to be self starter to be successful in this job. Low salary, even the benefits are not impressive Too many politics NO stable processes

    It was very disappointing experience.
The good thingsThere was no good things in here.
The challengesThere is no career growth, this company only focuses on its growth by just claiming all your effort and getting money from its clients. This company doesn't value your hard work and efforts. Plus, salary and increase is very very low even if you did a lot of hard work on your job. It also put most of its employees to be handled by agencies so that they will not be accountable in case there is something happen bad on its employees. And most especially, it will not be mandatory for them to regularize their employees and give company benefits.

The good things* Bosses and co-workers treats each other like family. * Working hours are flexible * Good working environment
The challenges* payed not according to skill but the culture of the company. * growth and opportunities takes years. * the system, processes, and standards of the company is very flawed, thus resulting in unstable project designs and longer/ever changing project schedules and tasks.
