    The good thingsDuring my time as an HR Generalist at Equiparco Construction Company, I have developed a strong skill set in managing HR functions and supporting employee needs. The role has allowed me to gain valuable experience in handling a range of HR tasks and working with a dedicated team.
    The challengesDespite these positives, I found the working environment challenging. Issues such as limited support for work-life balance and difficulties in addressing workplace discrepancies have been significant obstacles. These challenges have impacted my overall job satisfaction.

    The good thingsthe friendship that we had, the fun memories and the brotherhood and sisterhood that we practiced.
    The challengeswe've known each other for a long time and so we don't felt awkward working all together but the challenges working for this company is when we need to meet the deadline of the project construction and so we usually do overtime.

    Unforgettably challenging with excitement and career adventure in every project/assignments.
    The good thingsSalaries on time. Builds your personal career. Good company experience, going to outside world would be easier. Versatile experience in engineering related works (construction,planning,estimates and feasibility study).....roads, bridges, rivers, hydro-power structures, bulk water and agricultural structures.
    The challengesI enjoy everything,..except in balancing work time vs. personal time (specially for married persons). As an engr., every project needs full time supervision and extra efforts ,day and most of the night.In my case (before), often i have at least 2 to 4 projects simultaneously (with same minimum salary) and i have no field engineers.I suggest additional field engineers. Or at least, additional (or even minimal) compensation/benefits for additional projects in exchange family/personal time (which is the most precious i believe).
