    As an OJT, I was entrusted with roles that stretched me and allowed me to expand my hands-on knowledge about Photovoltaic System.
    The good thingsVery accommodating workmates. Allows you to take on roles that you are not yet good at and provide trainings to equip you.
    The challengesIts rather a small company that have residential level projects. the daily activities are rather routinary.
