encoderThe good thingsworking in eon pharmatek is good because i had a balanced work life, and harmonious relationship with co-employee. our employer is very nice and kind although they are indians. because some people say, indians we're hard to get along with, but its totally different with the bosses of eon. they are not the kind of a terror boss. The employees we're given the benefits that they should have.
The challengesThe challenges, hmmm I think, it is just about the transportation, because of the everyday & never ending traffic here in metro manila. In the office, there's no challenges or conflict arises with each and anyone of the employees, maybe with regards only to the customer who is not paying on time, and the company keep on calling them and remind them about the deadlines or their overdue account.
