Big commissions and amazing company culture
The good thingsThe mamagement's very good with people. The commission's good. They give the hights amongst all agencies and they have other allowance etc too!
The challengesIt's not easy to collect debt but very rewarding once you do. You just need to get used to the job and eventually it'll come easy already.

The good thingsMy colleagues. They're great and very supportive knowing that the job are pitifully stressful. They have a great office with a very accessible way for me. My employer always value things and recognized achievements.

Company Without Retirement Benefit for Loyal Employees
The good thingsI cannot think positive with the company.
The challengesI find the company with no retirement benefit for loyal employees who is working for more than 5 years like for instance the cashier/messenger/janitor who was with the company for more that 15 years when the company commenced. Moreover, there was no regular annual increase provided by the company to regular salary paid employees.
