    Envizion experience.
    The good thingsI love the working environment. Very quiet and conducive. Employees have enough breaks in between work hours. I also love the sleeping lounge you can use during breaks. Very good training ground before you start doing home base teaching. They have plenty of special projects [services Japanese institution requests] for their CBTs for variation and for additional incentives which I really like but it depends on specific months.
    The challengesSalary is OK for single employees. But if you have bigger dreams it's not enough.

    A company with a heart
    The good thingsEnvizion would always try to please all its employees and create a good working environment. The company values work-life balance and does not treat the employees as robots or slaves. You also get to leave work at work and not bring work at home.
    The challengesThe most challenging part was the start. Everything was new and not a lot of things were set up.

    Very good!
    The good thingsEmployers are very polite and accommodating. The office is also very conducive for classes and interaction between students. The internet connection is also very good which makes work very easy.
    The challengesThe shift somehow is a challenge for me since working as a part-time tutor only has one scheduled shift. Other than that, I don't see any problems.

    The good thingsThe company sees to it that every employee's welfare will be upheld. Every decision that the Management will do, they do it for the benefit of the employees. They really applied their vision- chances for everyone, everywhere.

    It was fun working in this company. My Japanese bosses are really caring with their employees.
    The good thingsThe work was very relax, fun, and knowledgeable.
    The challengesThings that I don't like in his company is the process of certifying tutors for promotion. They based their standard from English or Filipino capability to learn the English language, and not on the capability of the Japanese community.

    The good thingsI enjoyed working in this Japanese company. I learned to value the essence of time and respect. I was able to discover and develop my teaching skill. Where it was also polished through tough trainings and certifications. Truly a chance for everyone, everywhere!
