    Terrible Working Environment
The good things- Average to high pay for certain positions - There are some departments that have good working environments and supportive managers - WFH option for certain positions - Nationwide reach
The challenges- Bureaucratic environment - Company culture is non-existent and if there is one, it is very toxic - Lack of direction and everyone adjusts to the Management's whims - Lack of career growth for certain positions - Overworked employees

Jobstreet and Facebook reviews say it all
The good thingsAverage to good salary range and generous performance incentive if you hit your target and the leadership knows you. We run like politics here. If you are job levels 1- 3, you're almost considered as purely as rank and file only. But if you're at job levels 4 and up, you will be treated differently.
The challengesJust this year, we only have few people who were promoted to next job levels. Instead of developing, I think it was a better move for them to hire for more. Anyway, good luck to the business. Facebook, Ecommerce apps and even here in Jobstreet - negative reviews everywhere.

Low investments on People and Tech - or can I say zero investments at all?
The good thingsNothing good here aside from being part of the Ayala Group.
The challengesNo concrete initiatives on developing or training people. Not sure if we can still claim that we are a tech-driven organization as all logistics players supporting the ecommerce industry are using the same technology, processes and approach. So not sure what makes Entrego different among others. Probably the HR here is different - this is the only company I have been that HR doesn't facilitate anything to reach out to their employees well-being. I wonder if HR here even knows how the business operations work as it seems they only focus on their relationships with senior leadership and the Ayala Group. Sad reality of hiring experienced people to run a start up

No salary adjustments or in any sort to give incentive to employees who made the business great last year
The good thingsStable company and in a stable industry plus solid hardworking people who always do extra mile for the company.
The challengesHR should focus on investing to people but nothing is being translated to actual execution of this direction. I just hope something will be done this year for retaining talents or else we'll be needing to hire more recruiters to join the team.

    Start-up to traditional real quick
The good thingsCompetitive Salary but definitely somewhere else is better
The challengesI just don't get it why we have so many managers and they're a lot. I wonder if we have learning opportunities this year to prepare staff to take leadership roles eventually. Literally fast pacing environment since we need to cope up demand but really need to improve talent retention since no initiatives were rolled out how to keep the good employees working.

I wish we have a solid direction on career growth and not just on expanding the business
The good thingsAyala and nothing else. Heavily relying on the big guys to be known in the industry.
The challengesNo career growth or learning development opportunities. Since most of us are working from home, HR should utilize this in organizing engagement activities among the employees. Simple kamustahan will definitely work. Obviously the ones running HR is out of touch in reality that's why they don't know what "malasakit" really means but there's still hope as good employees are still here.

The good thingsThe fact nobody was let go in the company and continue to hire for more people.
The challengesSo many to mention that space provided here is not enough for sure. Apply here and get hired for you to understand what the rest of us employees are experiencing.

    No significant salary adjustment
The good thingsAyala - everyone is proud of that fact and I'm not sure if that's a good thing to heavily rely with the conglomerate to be known.
The challengesEveryone's overworked but nobody is doing anything to improve this. No significant salary adjustments here too. I was here since 2018 but only had my salary aduusted once despite of my consistent work performance. Probably because I'm not a manager. HR only cares for managers and leadership.

The good thingsPart of the Ayala group of companies and promotes work-life balance. Top management is very supportive to its people and HR is very responsive to employees

no employee pulse survey here or sense check how are the employees
The good thingsBenefits and pride that you're part of ayala group
The challengesToo many to mention - literally, so many things you will not like here. I bet if you ask anyone in the townhall who likes working in Entrego nobody will answer except for HR who keeps on pushing we are a "malasakit" company. I wish they show real compassion to our riders and operations people who are the real bloodline of the business.

Has a lot of rooms and opportunities to improve
The good thingsaverage salary vs market standards, competitive standing in the industry, heading the operations is literally considered as someone truly respected in the logistics industry so this is one of the company asset for sure
The challengesAmazingly, despite of pandemic, the company's recruitment growth is aggressive. However, I don't understand why we have so many managers esp in the corporate groups. Operations OIC are beyond overworked but no additional benefits and OT pay. They're calling it as compensatory off but who will take compensatory off in the middle of operations - i just don't get the logic. I also ask for the org chart but I was told that it was not updated and HR is yet to create for everyone. So not sure how org planning or career movement really works here. I just wish they care for their Operations OIC. They're basically the backbone of the business but no attention is being given to them.

I miss the old HR way back 2018 to early 2020
The good thingsAggressive growth - with the generous back up and funding, the company was able to position themselves very good in the market.
The challengesBefore, we are excited every onboarding announcement to check who will be part of the team but now everything is all over the place and we are excited to grow without really putting right context with the employees of why. The new HR team, just like with the other reviews here, doesn't know what empathy means and they only look forward with what the management will say about them. Recruitment team doesn't even do value adding recruitment anymore and just focus on hiring faster than quality. I just miss the old HR team - it was messy I guess but everyone understood the meaning of People and Culture unlike now. Sad.

Company's People and Culture group doesn't event know what culture really means
The good thingsPart of the Ayala Group - company regardless of performance is stable.
The challengesHeadline says it all. If you will be running company surveys among its employees, for sure almost everyone including the Operations team will rate our HR group as almost non-existent. If only they consider the inputs of their actual employees and not with the management, they can probably run better things here. Let's see if this will change this 2021 but many good people already left the organization and for sure more will follow. Good luck, Entrego.

everyone's overworked but HR doesnt't care to voice out employees concerns
The good thingswork from home option for non-essential employees and stability since business is obviously good
The challengesNo promotion or career development plans for employees to step up. I'm hired here since 2019 but I haven't seen anyone step up except for managers became senior managers. Everyone was obviously stretched especially our Tech and Operations team but top management and HR doesn't care. I even wonder if the HR team does even know or even have the opportunity to connect with the employees except for running scripted townhalls. Recruitment here also has the tendency to sugarcoat things probably because they really don't have the touch of what's happening on the ground and the only goal for 2021 hiring is to hire and not look for value adding people unlike before. Actually HR/Talent in general only thinks how the top management looks about their group and doesn't care about the employees. I'm sure about this as they have no programs rolled out for the employees this year. I wish new people will run our HR/Recruitment group.

HR-less company or I just don't know what they do
The good thingsconsidered as essential service so no chance of retrenchment or closure
The challengesno merit increase or concrete way to measure performance. operations and finance seems overwork but HR doesn't care as long as there's no escalation from top management. they focus on pleasing the management and the ayala group rather than hearing out there employees. can't wait to leave this organization actually just waiting for the right time.

Company with no HR or I don't feel like we have one
The good thingsPart of Ayala Group - everyone is proud that they're part of the group making the team's culture replicated from others and they don't have any unique culture to embrace on. Zalora for example is part of Ayala but you don't hear them branding themselves as part of the group unlike here that almost everyday they keep on saying that.
The challengesI dont feel we have an HR team working here. we have a lot of people resigning but they're framing it as this is normal because we are undergoing growth but you can feel that Hr is not supportive to any idea unless this is coming from a senior manager. We only do townhalls here not to engage everyone but just because we want to have a townhall like any other company as a standard. HR should take classes how to be empathetic as have zero empathy making the remote work more stressful. I wonder what's the HR's scorecard compared to other HR teams within the Ayala group but oh well I think they don't track that.

The company cares for the employees but we don't feel the top management moving
The good thingsThe company cares for employees even during the pandemic, we are even getting free vaccines. Non-essential workers are allowed to work from home.
The challengesIt's a startup so there are challenges with processes that are not in place, and we are still unsure of the direction where we are heading. Stressful also, but fulfilling and rewarding. I feel that things are turning for the better.

The good thingsEntrego has been supportive to employees especially in the midst of the pandemic. Developments can be seen across the company as we continue to grow. I'm very excited for what is about to come.
The challengesThere are a lot changes happening because of the rapid growth. However, it's a good learning opportunity to take part in those changes.

if you like a company with no direction, this is the place to be
The good thingsmany managers but few employees on the ground who are actually the ones doing actual work
The challengestech company with no actual investments for tech i wonder if Hr is existent. if you like to overwork with low compensation - apply here. recruitment will sweet talk you how exciting the company is but once you're inside - you'll get lost. honestly, i was lost and I'm sure I am not alone in saying this.

    No salary adjustment here
The good thingspart of ayala group - which everyone from management keep on announcing like everyone's aware that we are part of the ayala group.
The challengesLiterally a start-up. no clear direction or goal that we need to achieve. I also can't recall we did an activity as one company except for the townhalls who seems to be created by HR just to show people that we run townhalls here but no direct content of why doing it. PS: HR here is also not engaging.

    Tech-driven company but Tech-driven who?
The good thingsThe idea that we still keep our jobs. We stay here not because we like Entrego but because we need to survive by having a regular job.The company didn't let go anyone during the pandemic so they're stable in general.
The challengesthey keep on telling everyone that they're a tech-driven company but no investment with tech - zero investment with tech. HR is not doing anything with retention and succession planning as long as senior managers are not resigning their roles so its ok. townhalls are also not a thing here so don't expect you'll know what's happening around. I heard they hired couple of new managers this quarter but nobody are aware of that except if you're in the leadership team. Up to this point, everything is manual so tech who?

    Tech Logistics gone wrong!
The good thingsUnder the Ayala conglomerate Culture within the team
The challengesSince I've worked with different start-ups already, when I joined Entrego I though it will be quite the same as the others, fast-paced. But, that was not the case!!! It was the other way around and more like a traditional company. Not to mention that they're trying to be a tech-logistics but with minimal investment in tech, woah?

The good thingsYou have a job. People are staying not because they like what they're doing but because you needed a job and that's all. nobody will look after your career growth here.
The challengesIf not with the salary, I could have resigned already but someone needed a job that's why I am staying. I'm sure others also feel the same. They keep on relying to the conglomerate without building its own identity to be known. Not sure if that's the direction they wanted people to see for the company.

no succession planning or career development here
The good thingslogistics and considered as an essential business
The challengesno clear way how you'll go up in the ladder but if you're close with your manager this might be a different story. if a manager leaves, instead of checking the current team - the management will look to hire outside. performance evaluation are basically just excel sheets that needed ratings but no proper way of managing performance here. If you are ok with this kind of set-up of no growth, this is the company for you. Nobody from hr will help you to succeed as they are all busy with their work.

No career growth and no clear direction on company culture
The good thingsPalakasan system is strong. If you want to get promoted, accept many workload outside your scope and you will be rewarded.
The challengesWe call our HR team as People and culture but I'm not sure what culture are we embracing in Entrego. Corporate roles such as HR and finance are work from home but operations who's literally running the Entrego business are on the ground working with no additional benefits. If you will complain to HR, nobody from HR will listen to you.

The challengesI was part of Entrego for 2 years now and still no salary adjustments but we keep on hiring many managers that we are not sure what they are really doing. No HR presence across the company
The good thingsOwned by Ayala - and everyone seems proud because they're part of Ayala.
The challengesI only felt HR during the interview and onboarding process but once you onboard - you are on your own. Every department has its own protocols and you will feel the company's direction if you're at the management level.
