    In short, the management is not good at building rapport with its employees.
    The good thingsI'm really thankful because I had an opportunity to improve my skills while working here, and my workmates were fun to talk to.
    The challengesToxic management, low salary, Vacation Leave is useless, and I really had a bad experience in this company when I resigned. It took months before I got my 13th month.

    I am so disappointed with myself why I apply here. When you are applying for something it's very important to look for a review. How I wish I listened to the review I've read in the internet.
    The good thingsI enjoyed my company with my workmates.
    The challengesThe company's system is not good. Even though you are a trainee they will let you handle ample classes. The company is very inconsiderate they will not let you have absences even that is very important to you. Less benefits and lack of comfort room facility. I thought ESL teacher is quiet a high salary job, however when I apply here it's totally change my perspective about ESL for the salary is so low.

    Inconsiderate management, unapproachable officers, the tasks were stressful, they forced teachers to submit the given tasks instantly. So many salary deductions, incorrect computation of salary. Teacher don't matter. Once they don't need teachers they will forcely eliminate the Teachers.

    The challengesStressful work, overload classes, inconsiderate when it comes to attendance, so many salary deductions.

    Working in ENOZ is FUN, CHALLENGING and WORTHWHILE.
    The good things"13th month pay *HMO *INCENTIVES ( example meal allowance and more) ( though it's pro-rated when the are holidays) *Vacation leave (5 days paid leave) *Free Ramyeon or lunch ( when the owner arrived) *Weekend off *Friendly colleagues and officers *Conducive environment *Trainings and Opportunity for growth and development
    The challenges*Classes are not equally distributed due to business demand ( that only happened during peak season) *Leaves are subject for approval ( you can't have your leave unless it's health reason or emergency due to business demands) *Limited pantry space *Limited perks

    The challengesThe challenges The management is not considerate, You're not a allowed to be absent even though you're sick. The salary is extremely low. There are a lot of deduction. The salary is incomplete most of the time.

    The good thingsTeaching students was tough but it is considerably easy, especially with the provided system that the teacher uses.
    The challengesThe policies or the rules and regulations of the management is sometimes unfair to the teachers. Considerably, that the teachers has more tasks to do.

    They should fix the management. Salary is low and deductions are too many.
    The good thingsThe good things that just I experienced is the teachers. Teacher are very Friendly, but the management is not.
    The challengesTraning, Daily evaluation and Monthly evaluation. Daily tracker, report of buddies, watching videos and giving feedback.
