    A good experience overall
    The good thingsI enjoyed the flexibility of schedules. You are able to open up time slots of your choosing, and you have a nice monetary incentive to teach more.
    The challengesIt is sometimes difficult to teach the students since their audio quality isn't monitored. The salary is fairly low if you aren't a native English speaker.

    The challengesRating system: There are some students, only a few, that are not open to correction and they will take it against you by giving you 1 star only which will greatly affect your chance to get booked.

    If you want to have a short term experience
    The good thingsyou have control over your time and scheduling, you will meet new people and will get you out of your comfort zone especially if you are the person who tends to be closed off.
    The challengesTime, what I meant is that you have 25 mins with the student, that is only much time you can build your rapport. There is also the issue with the internet and devices.

    This is the best ESL company for me here in the Philippines! You just really need to be a reliable and committed tutor when you open your slot schedule.
    The good thingsALL. The schedule, students, management, salary and incentives, are fair enough.
    The challengesInternet in the Philippines is a real struggle! But for the company, nothing much. Very fair and considerate.

    The challengesyou will come across students which are hard to please but this RARELY happens and hopefully it can be fixed by the management.

    The challengesWhen my internet connection is unstable sometimes while having a great time studying with my students. When I incurred penalties when there's a sudden power outage or just my neighbors are too noisy I have to cancel my class. It's beyond my control.

    A decent online company
    The good thingsI am a freelance English Tutor. I am not employed by the company but I do offer my services to them. The company's booking rate and self-controlled schedule is definitely a big advantage and it's the reason why I like working with them.
    The challengesThe challenge would be your time management skill and it's hardly a challenge at all. I work from home and I control my own schedule. What more could I ask for? I hope they increase the payment rate for Filipino tutors that are TEFL Certified.

    The challengesThere are times when booking rate is low, you have to adjust by opening slots in the early morning and late at night.

    The challengesIf there's an internet connection problem and power cut off, even if you provide evidences, there's still a penalty fee yet it's okay because it's for disciplinary action.

    Convenient Working at Home
    The good thingsI enjoyed working at home and I could choose what time to open classes every day.
    The challengesThe changing of the student´s preferred classes must be allowed a day before the class so teachers won´t have to constantly check their status and be more well prepared during the class. The incentives must be done every month and if there are server´s problem, the penalty being imposed on teachers must be more considerate.
