    Great opportunities
The good thingsThey allow each of their employees to gain experiences hands-on, opportunities for employees to grow on the field they want to pursue, and really great experiences.
The challengesThe salary is average, but if you compare the experiences they would give you, you would not mind about it so much because of of the things you would learn in return.

    EDCOP is GOOD
The good thingsGave me enough experience such as construction supervision of roads, bridges, hydropower plants, aqueducts and handling feasibility study and design of flood controls, detention tanks, airports among others.
The challengesBest challenge is doing 3 projects at a time. when the management believes in your talent, they will use it to hone your skills more. they are generous on sharing information and specifications to help you on your career development. started as junior engineer and now a principal engineer.
