    Great Company with a strong emphasis on work-life balance and directly rewarding performance.
    The good thingsHealthy work-life balance. Working 8-hour days is the norm and your career will not suffer if you don't put in 60-hours. Great company for opportunities for career development and positive people to work with is a plus.
    The challengesThe benefits and perks are not so competitive compared to other multinational companies. The company should consider to improve it in their future plans.

    A Company with an opportunity to grow
    The good thingsENGIE Services (Philippines) always had a good reputation when it comes to Energy Services which gained trusts from big Clients. And because of that, the Company has grown continuously bigger. With the vast successful expansion of the Company, employees are then trained to handle expanded roles which give them more opportunities to grow and expand their knowledge and skills.
    The challengesCompany expansion could be challenging at times due to expanded work load, but employees could always expect to have the support from the Management/Team. Hard work also pays off when employees get be acknowledged and feel appreciated when tasks are accomplished successfully.
