It's a good company to work with if you are looking for career growth and competitive salary.
The good thingsTransparent and evidence-backed compensation scheme. Emerging Leaders Program and Shadowing Program for employees looking to explore careers on other departments. Internal hiring and career opportunities within the company.
The challengesThere are roles that have hybrid work setup options but are limited. A lot of room for improvent in the existing processes but it is nice to see contributors actively innovating for solutions.

I've enjoyed my time in the company and I've seen many improvements over the years.
The good thingsThe benefits are good. The company offers various opportunities for training and mobility. It's a very collaborative environment and it's great to see rank-and-file employees get to be part of organizing committees and lead from employee resource groups - it's a experience not a lot of companies give.
The challengesThe location is good for those in the province but might not be ideal for those from MM.

Above-average pay and benefits, but poor culture, office politics, no growth, and micromanagement.
The good thingsThe salary was above expectation, HMOs and sometimes free meal.
The challenges- No career growth - Politics in this company - The culture between the US team and the PH team is so different - Micromanaging - Someone from the company ruined everything.

No career growth, Toxic management, Bias management, when hiring prefers managements referrals rather than promoting tenured agents.
    The good thingsWorkmates are friendly.
The challengesThey told us they would make us choose between Makati and Pampanga office. Makati is closer but after working here for years they made us transfer to Pampanga and didn't renew our Makati Office. Management is toxic and Bias hiring external TLs instead of promoting.
