    it is a training ground for a newly graduate mechanical engineer.
    The good thingsthe good things here is that they will teach you everything you wanted to know and seniors are always giving you additional knowledge base on their previous experience.
    The challengeschallenges here is that you have to come on top. you have to finish your projects within the given timeline and budget.

    The good thingsThe good things that the Enertech have done to me is that the knowledge that I have acquired. I can still use the knowledge that I've gained until now and this knowledge helps me to hire on a better company
    The challengesThe salary is to low and there are almost no benefits at all. No bonuses and delays of 13th month and weekly salary

    The good thingsI learned a lot of things here in the enertech. This are the following. 1. Ability to interpret technical drawing in the manufacturing the pressure vessel and the boiler accessories. 2. Ability to communicate production people on the Target delivery date in manufacturing of boiler 3. Familiarization of materials, accessories, welding process and production flow in boiler manufacturing
    The challengesthe challenges that i met here in working in enerech are the following, 1. To meet the customer requirement delivery time in the ahort of period of time using minimal manpower and equipement.
