    The good thingsHigh salary offers compared to similar organizations in our region. 5 day work week and paid OTs. 15 days paid VL and 13th and 14th month.

    The good thingsThe management will really take care of you and even your family's needs! They provide benefits that are way beyond what other companies will offer. Even before the lock down, EDC already started work from home arrangements to ensure the safety of their workers. They even provided allowance to employee to pursue their hobbies or any of their special interest. Plus free mental health consultation!
    The challengesThe company is continuously improving and reinventing themselves to compete in the market so expect a lot of changes in the technology, organization. Employees should be very flexible and agile.

    The good thingsvery good benefits, very competitive salary, best avenue to learn, compassionate employer, friendly colleagues, -- in short it's like a FAMILY.
    The challengesif you want to receive good salary increase you have to make sure you improve your working attitude one notch higher each and everytime. It's pretty stressful but it's worth it.

    The good thingsHealth, Safety and Environmental aspect is always at number one on the checklist of everyone here especially at work site. Reinforced with good technical skills training. I've been working for this company since 2013 and I've witness abrupt changes, many and continuous improvements. This company is striving for good and beating yesterday with high cadence and fast PACE. So better cope-up!
    The challengesThe company is always seeking improvements in everyone which is good, I saw employees were always ready,willing and able. On-the-other hand Manpower Reductions Program are frequent, maybe because of the allotted target operational cost. Lowering expenses versus the return of investment. Luckily I'm a Stayer for this years (2019 MRP).Hope to stay with this company til my retirement.
