The good thingsI have experienced working in abroad even for a short period of time. Our Japanese bosses there is very generous. They make sure that with our hard work in return they bring us in the beautiful places and historical landmarks in Japan.
The challengesI found challenging in meeting and working foreigner people.Specially in communication.I try to study Japanese language even by the book only.Decision making in my job is very though but it made me so keen and vigilant in my work.

    JX-NMPH - A Good Employer
The good things1.Safety of personnel is priority 2. There are lot of trainings for personnel development 3. Benefits are excellent 4. Being a TPM certified plant, skills and knowledge of employees are well-developed 5. The management is making the plant a happy working place 6. You can voice your opinion
The challenges1. Motivate the trained personnel to stay. As most of the trained personnel were worked abroad for a higher salary. 2. There should be more energy saving programs to further increase the efficiency of the plant 3. The scrap materials should be disposed into bidding to get more value from it.

The good things1. Good relationship with peers 2. challenging experiences (safety issues, equipment issues, and process) 3. Good Benefits 4. Employee provided with transportation 5. balance work schedule (leaves, outings, sports, xmas party, etc) 6. Policies and procedures are well communicated though trainings. 7. Opportunity to be send to other country for training. 8. Training leaders not managers.
The challenges1. Work area needs to improve on housekeeping, safety, and equipment. 2. High risk chemicals and raw materials being used in the process. 3. Need to have a 2 way communication between Management and shopfloor workers to understand workers and here feedback. This will further improve the Management- employee relation ship. 4. Need to have pipelining program for critical position.
