    The challengesthere's a lot of politics, no proper communication within the company, new processes are being implemented every time, not compliant, no work/life balance, last pay are always given beyond 30 days from separation and lastly, management is not good.

    Change always starts from the top
    The good thingsMost of the employees are easy to work with and are trainable.
    The challengesTop management is all over the place. Inexperience in promotions, decision-making and planning shows. No business continuity planning. No proper cascade of direction and decisions. Everyone is just trying to save their own rather than working together due to the old culture that has been established and no action taken to resolve it. No transparency on the direction of the company. Tries to make people stay throught raising salaries and promotions which does not solve the actual problem.

    Project Quality Control Engineer
    The good thingsDelivering design ang build projects to the Navfac client compliance to quality, on time and on budget.
    The challengesToo much work no enough technical expertise to support all field supervisor /engineers monitoring the project. Quality control reporting were made complex where in fact it could be simplified. The top management has no enough actual experiences in handling Design and Build project scheme in which disorientation and lack of construction techniques that leads to liquidated damages and delays.
