Great and very fulfilling, allowing me to learn something new in the Philippines
The good thingsI get to learn something new in the Philippines (that is the rides and attractions). Was able to visit other theme parks abroad.
The challengesYou are always dealing with safety of all the guests during operation. A bit hard also when you deal with several members of the family.

    Opportunities to sharpen your saw
The good thingsThe workplace is manageable and culture is family-oriented. The management let people engage to activities and seminars for fun or self-improvement. The world-class environment and events brings smile to everyone.
The challengesThe salary is extremely low and promotion takes ages despite your potential. Some employee are dangerously fake that will damage your career development. During events, manpower is insufficient making some tasks and compensation unacceptable. Repeat first line.

    Job well done!
The good thingsThe company is very flexible to every employee. It has many perks you can received even if you're not a regular employee. It will help you to change the things that you wanted to. This company deserves a thumbs up for me because the company also thinking about the employee's time for their families.
The challengesThe challenge in this company is even though it's raining, you should go to work but the company is very flexible as I said. They will announce an early close when the rain is too much heavy. And some rides is closed because of the rain. The company is also thinking about the safety of everyone inside the theme park.

    The Magic Lives On
The good thingsNice environment not so stressful for me unlike office work.. happy to provide good service with our guests and see them smile and feel the Magic! Company gives opportunity to its employees to finish their studies with the tie up with LPU. and in some event it gives opportunity to castmembers who have talents to join one of the shows every june...
The challengesExpand more with our services.. new rides and attractions to offer.. new shows, food and merchandise to offer with our guests.. handling different kinds of situation with different people guests or co employees.. letting your self to know more about the career improve and grow..

    Great
The good thingsIts nice to work here because your just like a family, even the bosses are like your family member, you can tell them all your suggestions, they are open for your opinion. They are willing to help for those in needs. Everyday of working here for me is like im gaining a new knowledge and experience that i can be used in my own personal life.
The challengesTo work with people that you know that they just good when your together but behind your back its different, because you heard from other people what they are saying about you. Its hard to work that you know theres a people behind you doesnt like you, inspite of everything you did for them just to please them.

    Magical Experience
The good thingsFor almost three years working as an HR at enchangted kingdom, it was remarkable experience because in this company they value the work life balance. Its not only just a work or a task but they give you a responsiblities that you will learned at the same time you will enjoy because of the environment and the people i worked with. I established good friendship with my co-workers until now.
The challengesUpgrade office equipment, still using old ways of time keeping, system for employees files, low system of sourcing, more benefits and provincial rate of salary, no increase.

    Benefit
The good thingsI enjoy how Cast Member treat each other. It is like a a second home. They give us personal growth and give training inside or outside the company premises. They provide us team building, retreat, conference and chance to be physically fit with different activities like zumba, fun run etc.
The challengesI think they should also consider that each of us have different economic status and they should give a much better salary because the benefit awesome but the expenses are way to long versus the salary that we received.
