    Overall, I'm enjoying my stay here and can't wait to contribute more and be part of the solution.
    The good thingsWhat I’m really enjoying in the company right now is the continuous learning and the opportunity to actually plan and implement my ideas. It’s very fulfilling to see my visions turning into reality. Being hired into a senior role and trusted as a pioneer in my division/specialization is a huge milestone for me. The management is very open to suggestions, which makes me feel valued and supported. I’m not afraid to speak up because I know my ideas are heard and thoughtfully considered. I’m also surrounded by equally talented and competitive teammates which pushes me to keep growing, improving, and striving for more. Staying curious in a fast-paced environment, never becoming complacent and practicing healthy competition are very important to me as these are the work ethics instilled to me prior joining Enable and being in this environment somehow makes that mindset easy to live out every day.
    The challengesAs a new hire, one of the challenges I’ve encountered is the lack of solid standard processes across departments. At times, it can feel a bit confusing and even frustrating. I'm lucky that my team has been very supportive since day 1, they are easy to approach, patient, and always willing to help. I also hope the company can continue investing in employee engagement activities where everyone can come together, mingle, and expand their networks. Having more opportunities to connect would help us get to know the people we work with on a deeper level and strengthen collaboration across teams.
