    Non-toxic work culture
    The good thingsOne thing I noticed about Altitude Digital is how the company encourages healthy feedback. Rather than perpetuating a "happy and agreeable" workplace, people here are very open to constructive criticism and I think this creates a more cohesive team within the organization because everyone listens to each other.
    The challengesTravel time can take a toll since I am not from Mandaluyong, especially during rush hours.
