A company that is very helpful to others:
a. with scholarship programs
b. out-reach activities
c. environmental concerns (tree planting etc.)
The challengesWorking on the customers with different nationalities is a very challenging for me in this company but this is building my experience and career to be a better in my field and also as a person because i use to know the differences of every person per type of cultures.

Full of vision and Sales talk, low on execution. Low Salary and benefits.
The good thingsHas qualified SME lecturers, has supportive HR Staff ONLY!.
Friendly colleagues, like family.
The challengesManagement hear's out engineer's concerns but only promises, low execution on engineer's needs. Outsourcing engineers with no right to choose the line of work they offer. Has a contract bond. Low starting salary and short benefits offered. Classroom training are not quite legit compared to line deployment. No machine available for simulations.
