    The good things13th month is timely, payroll is timely too. Cash gift given every December according to branch performance.
    The challengesThe upper positions has the decision making for all. Low position employees are required to follow. Minimal work-life balance. No OTs because they do not pay for it.

    Great people to work with but low salary and benefits
    The good thingsVery relaxed work culture, great location because everything is near you the environment is safe and nice. Over break is not frown upon because everyone is doing it. The company benefits is not enticing enough yearly increase is low but mostly the work politics is too strong. Promotions are mostly based on your years of experience and also closeness to the boss

    Poor benefits, management and work-life balance, friendly co-workers are the only redemption
    The good thingsFriendly, harmonious and very cooperative environment between co-workers. Excellent for fresh graduates and first-time job seekers aiming to develop their skills before progressing into better careers. Rotation between various (equal-level) roles is highly conducive for multi-faceted development. Bonus is to be expected every year.
    The challengesDisappointing benefits for regular employees, third party employees are not even given benefits at all. Salary is also very low even for fresh graduates. Management tends to make decisions that do not take into account the well-being of its employees for the sake of output. Negligible chances of career development/promotions, very low yearly increase in salary regardless of job performance. Poor work-life balance, employees only get 1 rest day per week after 6 days of work with 4 hours overtime. Taking leaves is often discouraged by the management because of "lack of manning."

    Ok for learning basic skills, but otherwise find another place to work for
    The good thingsSome people are friendly and ok to work with generally, transportation for field work is fully reimbursable. Location is good for those in the East and North
    The challengesLow allowance for business trips, especially for food and lodging Company structure is not suitable for game changers and creative people, especially Gen Z's and younger millennials. If you're just looking for a workplace where you can settle down then the place is stable enough for you as it's a multi-million company, but if you're looking for overall growth then this place isn't for you. The company also doesn't invest in its people, you won't be well equipped with the tools you need. Also they lack people so you juggle a lot on your own, even with work that's way outside your description and skillset.

    In dire need of change
    The good thingsIt's easy to meet new people and make peers within the company. You also learn a lot of basic skills which can be further developed if you find a good mentor. If you have business out of office, your transportation is fully reimbursable.
    The challengesTop management gets to decide what to follow, thus not being good if you're motivated by change and improvement. If you're a young aspiring game changer, this might not be the right place for you. Bosses tend to micro manage a lot. They need to keep up with technology as well, most of the time if you want to complete a project, the lack of technology and lack of people can really set you back. Weekend work is not offset-able, and you're not paid extra. Food and lodging allowance is low. The benefits and compensation are not competitive.
