    The good thingsThe working environment in the Company is very ideal in a sense that it provides comfortable surroundings with adequate provision for the Staff health and personal needs.
    The challengesThe Company provides the best training for our career development. It is supportive of our goals not only as far as our work is concerned but also our personal and health concerns.

    The challengesEvery year I worked in this bank is a year of new knowledge and experience. I get to expand my skills with different leanings from daily experience from the bank. Working time is short but we make sure that we gave all our best to serve our customers the best of what they need.
