    Enough for a good start.
The good thingsThey provide you your own house to live in, which is great because finding an accommodation can become a hassle. Plus free food, transportation, health benefits and more.
The challengesThere are a lot of low tier workers, so getting ahead in the company ladder can become quite challenging.

A great opportunity for me to work abroad.
The good thingsExcept to work outside the country. It also give me the experience to meet different nationalities interact and work together with them. And the company sends us to seminars that would enhance more our working skills to help us to reach our sales targets.
The challengesWork pressure like preparing the store to reach the quota at the end of the day is the challenge we've always encounter. But if the staffs are well motivated and worked as a team it will only be like an ordinary day.
