Fly Better, Work Better with Emirates
The good thingsEmirates values its staff as much as it values its customers, innovation in the airline industry.
The challengesWith the current COVID-19 pandemic -- same as more than 80% of the companies in the world -- and with the airline industry one of the hardest-hit industries during this time, redundancies had to be done.

Good ground, entry level staff relationship, management up is a different story
The good thingsTravel benefits and all other benefits that could be enjoyed with partner companies Salary package Prestige from working with the brand
The challengesObvious separation between employees (entry level and staff) and managers. It being multicultural but dominated by a particular race makes it hard for other races to integrate Promotions and higher positions are obviously reserved for people of a particular race

    Challenging but fun.
The good thingsColleagues are fun to work with. You meet different people every time. New situations to face and obstacles to tackle. Very challenging environment. Salary is really well based on your grade and there's no discrimination within the company. The benefits are also a great factor in this group. Free annual leave ticket, discounted tickets etc.
The challengesThe management doesn't usually listens to every one's woes. You have to follow the right channel to send complains and it will take time. Sometimes it won't even happen. Shifting duties is sometimes a pain when you start but when you get used to it, it'll be alright.
