    The challengesBecause some of operators have bad attitude. Maybe they're tired and some of them have they're own problem ,but I don't think they have a reason to be mad at you too. Respect others so the others will respect you too.

    The good thingsI'm definitely enjoying my work here. I used what I've learned from school in this company. I met also new friends here.I learned also new things that add my knowledge and skills. The company giving also livelihood programs for their employee.
    The challengesThe challenges I faced was during on my first few months in my work. I think its normal for all first timer, so I motivate myself to learn and master the job and duties and facing the challenges. I sometimes fail but i'm learning from it.
